We4ourselves is a Canadian community organization dedicated to bridging the gap between marginalized individuals and the resources they need to thrive.
Navigating a new country, a new system, or simply trying to overcome systemic barriers can be an isolating experience. We4ourselves was established to change that narrative.
We saw firsthand the struggles of the Bengali community, youth lacking mentorship, and seniors facing digital and social isolation. We realized that the biggest barrier wasn't a lack of resources in Canada, but a lack of accessible information. By actively sharing knowledge, we began improving lives. Today, we stand as a beacon of support, advocacy, and prosperity for all.

"Information is the greatest tool for empowerment."
The Founders
To build interconnected pathways to prosperity by openly sharing critical information, providing targeted demographic support, and fiercely advocating for systemic policy changes that uplift the marginalized.
A thriving, inclusive Canadian community where systematic barriers are entirely removed, and every individual—regardless of age, gender, or background—is equipped to lead a life of total dignity.
Everything we do—from designing youth programs to advocating for seniors—is guided by these four unshakeable principles.
We believe every interaction must be rooted in deep respect. No one should ever feel lesser when asking for help or community support.
From translating information to creating safe spaces for women and girls, we actively work to ensure our doors are open to absolutely everyone.
We don’t just hand out temporary solutions. We provide the tools, skills, and knowledge required for long-term personal and financial independence.
Through continuous research and community surveys, our advocacy is always backed by real facts, ensuring we solve actual, pressing problems.
Our methodology ensures that our interventions are not only helpful but permanently transformational.
We embed ourselves in the community. Through direct outreach and systemic research, we identify the exact barriers facing newcomers, youth, and seniors.
We launch targeted initiatives—like Employment Services and Youth Councils—to provide the exact information, skills, and safe spaces required to overcome those barriers.
We take the data from our groundwork and advocate to local governments and policymakers, fighting for systemic changes that ensure long-term prosperity.
A dedicated group of advocates, researchers, and community leaders working tirelessly to support our community.
